Shipping & Payment Policy
Shipping Policy:
- Delivery Time: Deliveries start daily from 2:00 PM onwards.
- Delivery Areas: We currently serve Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York, Thornhill, Toronto, Scarborough, Oakville, Burlington, and East York.
- Delivery Type: Ground floor delivery is included in all meal plans.
- Order Cut-off: To receive your meal the next day, please place your order by 7:00 PM the previous day.
- Delivery Days: Meals are delivered form Monday to Friday based on your selected plan (Sample, 10-meal, or 20-meal package).
- Delivery Updates:
- ✅ You will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time.
- ✅ A text message confirmation will be sent once your meal has been delivered.
- Delays: In rare cases (e.g., heavy traffic, weather, or kitchen delays), delivery times may vary slightly. We’ll always notify you promptly via WhatsApp or text
Payment Policy
We make payments simple, secure, and transparent.
- Payment Method:
- 💳 All payments are accepted via e-transfer
- Payment Deadline: Please complete your payment by 7:30 PM on the day before delivery to confirm your order.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are processed only after payment is received.
